The 2025 Seminar will be held on July 9-10, 2025 in McLean, Virginia at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner.

After dinner on July 8, members are strongly encouraged to change hotels from downtown D.C. to the Hilton McClean Tysons Corner where the USAEDC conference will be held. In past years, it was possible to make this move on the morning of the meeting, but this year’s schedule does not allow enough time.

On Tuesday, July 9, PFI and members will participate in a new feature of the USAEDC Attaché Conference, an Industry Immersion and Engagement session beginning promptly at 9:00 am. This exclusive session provides PFI members with a valuable 90-minute window to engage directly with the full roster of Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) attaches attending the conference. Because of the program changes this year, we recommend members only register for Day 1 (July 9) of the conference.
