PFI is holding a food safety meeting on Dec. 3, open to PFI members and invited guests. There will be invited speakers on topics such as infectious animal diseases as well as pathogen mitigation in fats and oils. There will also be a reception held that evening.

PFI will hold its annual food safety sharing session on Dec. 4 starting at 9:00 a.m. for PFI Producer Member representatives only.
