Sens. Tim Kaine (D-Va.) and Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.) have introduced the Reclaim Trade Powers Act to end President Donald Trump’s 10 percent global tariffs on most goods by repealing Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974, according to a news release from Kaine.
