The Pet Food Institute (PFI), whose members make the vast majority of U.S. dog and cat food and treats, today expressed support for the inclusion of the Healthy Dog Importation Act (HDIA) and several additional animal‑health measures in H.R. 7567, the Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2026 (the Farm Bill).
