Industry associations applaud passage of Farm Bill

On April 30, the US House passed the Farm, Food and National Security Act of 2026 (Farm Bill) with a 224 to 200 vote. The bill will now move onto the Senate. The North American Renderers Association (NARA), American Feed Industry Association (AFIA) and Pet Food Institute (PFI) commended the move, noting that the legislation will strengthen the US agriculture industry, including pet food, and expand global market opportunities.
