Mexico and U.S. inaugurate new sterile fly facility in Chiapas

On June 27, the governments of Mexico and the U.S. inaugurated the production plant for sterile New World screwworm (NWS) flies in Metapa de Domínguez, Chiapas, Mexico, in order to strengthen the binational strategy for the prevention, control and eradication of this pest.
